At Essence Haven, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and reliably. This policy explains our shipping process so you know what to expect when shopping with us.
Shipping Range
We currently ship to the following regions and countries:
European Union countries: Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, and Sweden.
Other European countries: Norway, Switzerland, and Ukraine.
International: United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
Shipping fees:
Shipping is free to all supported countries.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) after payment is received.
Our daily cut-off time is 3 PM / 15:00 (GMT+01:00).
Transit Times
United Kingdom (UK): 4-7 business days
United States (US): 4-7 business days
Canada (CA) & Australia (AU): 4-7 business days
European Union (EU): 4-7 business days
Norway, Switzerland & Ukraine: 4-7 business days
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Transit Time
(typically 5–9 business days in total).
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, courier delays, or weather conditions.
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days after dispatch, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue or arranging a replacement/refund.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs vary depending on your order value and destination. The applicable shipping fee will always be clearly displayed at checkout.
European Union (EU):
- Orders €40.00 and above: Free shipping
- Orders €0.00–€39.99: €3.50
Sweden:
- Orders over 400 SEK: Free shipping
- Orders 0–400 SEK: 39 SEK
United Kingdom (UK):
- Orders £35.00 and above: Free shipping
- Orders £0.00–£34.99: £2.90
International (selected countries):
- Orders €40.00 and above: Free shipping
- Orders €0.00–€39.99: €3.50
Shipping Process
We ship orders using trusted global courier services. Depending on your destination, your order may be delivered by:

Canada Post (Canada)
Royal Mail (United Kingdom)
PostNord (Sweden and EU)
Posten Norge
or other reliable local delivery partners such as GLS, DPD, or national postal services, depending on your location.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel online.
Parcels may, in some cases, be delivered without a signature. Couriers may leave packages in a safe location and provide photographic proof of delivery.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees charged by local customs authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Missing or Damaged Items
Missing items: Please report within 7 days of receiving your order.
Damaged or incorrect products: Notify us within 48 hours with photos, and we will cover return shipping and arrange a replacement or refund.
Once a parcel is marked as delivered (including safe-place or photo proof), Essence Haven cannot be held responsible for theft or loss.
