Return and Withdrawal Rights

Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.
EU and UK customers have a legal right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
New Zealand customers are entitled to applicable remedies under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

All prices displayed on our website are shown in the local currency of the country you are shopping from. Prices include all applicable taxes, VAT, and mandatory fees required by law in that country. The total price you see at checkout is the final amount you will be charged for your order.
Shipping and handling costs, if applicable, are calculated and displayed separately during checkout before you confirm your purchase. The price applicable to your order will also be confirmed in your order confirmation email.

We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated delivery time shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, high demand, or events outside our control.
Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout. Please ensure that your address is complete and accurate. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where available.
Some deliveries may be completed without a signature, depending on the carrier and local delivery practices. If the carrier marks a parcel as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help investigate the issue with the carrier.
Once a parcel has been confirmed as delivered to the address provided, including photographic or electronic proof where applicable, we may consider the delivery completed. However, this does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
